Well I was reading and I seen if you unscrew the maf siliconed screw it allows extra unmetered air in. So if you vent the bov would that extra unmetered air be enough to keep everything close to wear its supposed to be? Just a thought. I did research couldn't find these two topics in one so no bashing. Just trying to get answers maybe save 700$ on a GM maf n translator

Where are you buying parts? Last I checked both items totaled around $200-$250....still too much to spend for the sole purpose of venting your blow off valve.

oh so it just makes a louder blow off? hahaha thats really dumb. get a punishment racing bov, thats what i have and its pretty fricken loud. hahahaha whoo whoo!

I was looking at the stuff on dejon power its a whole kit. I haven't really looked anywhere else for it. And it does more than making the bov louder. While your bashing asses are sitting along the road with a boost leaki can still drive with no affects unless I go into boost. Yea I want to vent why does it matter its my car not any of yours. Don't give me shit just give answers instead of always bashing ppl all the time...

You attitude and unwillingness to read and do research aren't going to glean you the answers you're demanding.

Tips: Ask questions
Thicken up your skin
Be specific as to why you're doing something

Reading your first post, you're only asking about venting. Then you flame people for assuming you want a MAF-T for anything else? Really?

Your question was answered and I see this thread going even more "high and right" if I leave it open for more comments.

Shop around, its not hard to find those parts for less than $200.
