Ok, so we just got a buddies 1g up and running and threw link off one of our other 1gs in it to do some logging. Got everything set up for stock as it's bone stock minus my ported 2g manifold, s16g (ported), and ported 2g o2 housing. It has Bpr6es plugs gapped at .028 (last I checked, he may have messed some up). Still has the stock 450's, pump, and fpr (now switched out to a fuel lab AFPR set at 43psi). Our problem is not only the very large amounts of knock (15+ degrees 
) but the fact that at anywhere from 15-18lbs of boost we're only hitting 50-60% IDC. The fuel filter is supposedly new, but the car did sit for a while so I wouldn't be surprised if it's clogged, but I don't entirely know what's causing such low IDC's.
Base timing is set at 5 degrees BTDC, he has 2 small boost leaks that we're still waiting on gaskets to come in, but it still will hold 5-10psi on a BLT for around 30 seconds. It doesn't pull for shit really, when we had the s16g on my 1g it pulled good at 10lbs, however, on his it takes forever for it to spool and it spools pretty mediocrely. It's got a rough idle we're still diagnosis and vacuum at idle will pull -12in/hg on a good day, so there's got to be a vacuum leak somewhere, but still doesn't account for the IDC's which seem to be the bigger problem here.
If anyone's got any idea from looking at this log what could be the problem let me know. Ignore the IAT/"Booost" labels as we're running SD on the other 1g's.
