Tuning on stock fuel system??

This is probably no suprise to dsm's but my car is running very rich!! I was wondering if i can do a little tuning with the stock fuel system to make it stop running rich and so i can get a little performance out of it?? I do plan on getting the full fuel system before my turbo upgrade, but i need some tips or advice if there are any!! Thanks

How do you know it's running rich?

If it's puffing black smoke it could be your plugs/wires/timing/coilpack/clogged air filter.. Just asking before you go lean the car out and mess it up, If you havent checked the above yet.

Get a datalogger and then you will now for sure how you car is running.
