3000gt vr4 fuel pump
rc 550 cc injectors

the problem is my stock fuel gauge is not working. i still have 1/2 tank of gas left and my gauge is all the way down to empty"E" but the light doesnt go on.

need some advise on how to fix this problem

thanks

Does the gauge ever come up, say with a full tank of gas? They work on a variable resistor that slides across a line of gold plated contacts that increase/decrease ohms. You could find the factory values, remove the sending unit and take an ohmmeter across the circuit, slide the sender through the range slowly and watch what happens to the voltage.
