Starting my car, it has not ran since 2017

Hello all, my car hasn't run since 2017 and I want to get it back on the road. I've been looking at posts and it seems most people recommend just changing the oil, new fuel, and making sure the motor turns.
I was planning on changing all the fluids (oil, trans, diff, coolant, brake) and priming the fuel pump before starting her up. Would changing the spark plus and getting my fuel injectors cleaned be a good idea as well? I currently just want the motor running and don't plan to take it on the street until I find a place to tune my car for me. (which is why I stopped driving it in the first place, lost power and lost my tune and I had no back up) any and all help will be great appreciated as I haven't wrenched on it for years and plan to do it this or the following weekend. Thanks for the help.

I would drain the tank for sure. Possibly change the filter on the fuel pump since the tank is drained.

the more shit you change out, the better. but start with the fuel

Yea good point, I just looked up how to fuel pump relay to help drain the fuel as my first step. Thanks!

If you do it that way, make sure to change the fuel filter as well

with the key in the on posistion, just short the (white/red) wire on pin 2 of the fuel pump relay to ground and it will run until your remove the ground.
