2G Car sounds like it has cams

I changed my cylinder head and replace my turbo but after trying it to start. I noticed the sound is so strange? I checked the spark plugs, maf sensor and high tension wire. All of them are working.
It almost sounds like it has a cams

It has a 16g turbo and a hks gt pro actuator. Still running on stock boost no fuel mods.

Sounds like its out of time since that's where you were last at. Mechanical timing or very lean idle will both cause lumpy idle. I'd venture to guess timing is off a tooth.
