2G any boost >19 psi, car/exhaust sounds like its burping.

Greetings:
when I turn the boost to 20psi, it burps, and sounds like the exhaust is fluttering. Not a hard bucking, or BOV flutter, its..violent, on a smaller scale. sometimes, I wont let out of it, and it goes away and pulls super hard, but most of the time, I get out of it. My CEL isn't tripping. Thot it was spark related, installed new coil packs,not it. Mebbe fuel related , double checked ase Fuel Pressure, and install new injectors, nope.. did a boost leak test, and at 15psi my GReddy RZ would start to release pressure , very very slowly, installed a new TialQ bov, problem still exists. Im tuning via ECMLink, and can send anyone a log... its raining all day today, so hopefully tomorrow I can get a log of the problem. I havnt seen 21psi in > 1 yr.. :(

You only mentioned the coil pack when you said its not spark related. What plugs and what gap? On 23 psi on my evo3 16g I had to gap my plugs to 0.024 for the spark to not blow out.

I cant believe.. I replaced a lot of parts.. .FIC's, Tial, Coils. here.. all along it was my plug gap. Believe it or not, I never gapped them the entire time I put the driveline in, until now. Set all 4 NGK to .028 and it runs like a raped ape..i can reach 25psi quickly, it holds up top. I have to have it tuned again, because it would never rev high under boost, to do any MAF adjustments, etc. the CEL isn't tripping at 25psi around 6200 - 6500 RPM, but my WOT sliders are NULL as we speak. My wideband isn't being logged in dsmlink. I have to rewire something, or put my wideband o2 sensor in my o2 housing... I don't know how to do it, but I DID find out, there is a "Mustang Dyno" about 5mins from my house!!!! $75/2hrs.. im going to tune wot on the dyno... thanks to all that have assisted, I really appreciate how cool all of ya'll are.. :)

Good to hear! and a little off topic, but you will probably want to put your wide band further down your exhaust, like toward the end of your down pipe at the top. Heat that close to your turbo can wear your sensor faster, and lead to an off indication. But once again glad to hear you got it fixed, it's always the simple stuff
 
Are the plugs stock or did you go with a colder plug? Colder plugs for higher boost. O yeah take a fresh set of plugs with you to the dyno.
