Starter Relay

I switched my car from auto to manual but i am using a manual harness not the auto harness. Obviously the starter relay plugs are different. Could I splice in the auto connector to the manual harness and make it work with the auto starter relay/auto plug? Also the two black/red are 12v constant or is one constant and one switched and if thats the case what pin gets what?

first does the car have a factory alarm? do you have dmm or test light if so test to see if you have power on the black / red wire going to the relay when try to start the car. if you do then check the black and yellow wire when you try to start the car if you do have 12v then check the starter solenoid, if not replace relay.
