I just put some brand new lowering spring in my 2g uesd the stock strut and shock I ran in to a bind the spring is smaller then the strut so the strut cap is not holeding the spring I didnt even have to use a spring compraser to put the new spring on so they just jump around so whan I drive the car and go over a bump it make all kind of noise I will take a pic of it and put it on if you have any idea let me no thanks

You probably got them off ebay? The cheap springs are very small. As for them not needing compressed they are shorter so they dont need to be thats normal. However if your using the stock strut then your going to blow the valves and seals soon. Think your ride sucks now just wait!
