i was thinking of getting the RRE dp that goes 2.5" to 3" with a 3" high-flow cat. i wanted a quieter exhaust that doesn't hang too low so i was gonna go with either apexi WS or RSR.

good idea or should i just go 2.5" dp and cat? will i notice the difference?

Yea you will definately notice a difference. Most of the common upgrade turbos will work fine with a 2.5 system. Getting a 2.5 to 3 is kinda pointless IMO. Your system is only as good as your smallest pipe. So if you are going to do any 2.5 you might as well do it all 2.5. 2.5 is a good size anyway.

Noticed you didn't touch on the title of the thread about the catback being smaller. As i said before your system is only as good as your smallest pipe. So if you want gains you whould do everything.
