Spilt Second Fuel map tuning In pittsburgh

Does anyone know of any places in the Pittsburgh area that know how to tune a vehical that has the Spilt Second fuel controller installed on it. How to tune the fuel maps on it for optimal AFR. I am not to familer with this since I have never done it before and dont wanna screw it up.

This doesn't really seem like the best way to tune your car. Have no idea what mods you have though. Even the SAFC is a pretty archaic tuning device compared to DSMlink and EMS, and that looks to be more capable than the ARC2 or whatever.

I dont have a Mitsubishi and this device was specific for tacomas so i know it works well..just not to sure about the tuning
