I just bought a 1995 GS-T about 3 weeks ago and 2 days ago my speedometer started acting weird, it has like a hypersensitive reaction to the accelerator, I will be doing like 30mph (or any speed) but it will read a much higher speed like 160mph or sometimes it will just stay at 0.

If I lay off the gas the speedometer will give an accurate reading, it's only when I am accelerating. What bothers me most is that the odometer is synced to the speedometer; it counts the mileage as if I am always doing 160mph+. I work 4.6 miles from home, a drive to work puts about 14-18 miles on the odometer each way. The tach works fine btw and I think I have a boost leak as well if that has any bearing on guages.

Anyone have any ideas on what is wrong? Thanks in advance.
