I have a 95 eclipse 420a non turbo. Every since I've bought the car the speedometer has never worked and the odometer only moves 1/10 of a mile for about every 20 miles that u drive. I thought it was just the speed sensor. I ended up replacing the whole tranny due to bad syncros. The speedometer/odometer worked for all of 30 miles after that before I had the same issue. I've replaced the gauge cluster, tried 3 different speed sensors, and replaced the wiring pigtail that goes to the sensor. Here is the strange part if I go around a hard right curve the speedometer will work only until I straighten the car back up and then it stops again. Has anyone every had this issue or any idea of what my problem could be?
