Nice passes, your car hooks pretty darn good from the hole. When you start using the dry shot to only stage the car for the 2 step she'll really start making good numbers. And slippi shhhhh about what's under the dash.
Lol see I didn't even tell them where it was I was just gonna leave it at it's inside. Fear nit your secret is safe with me haha. Especially since I won't be switching to auto.

.

I might go to the track tomarrow if the snow stays away..

Not any time soon...
Alot of things are in the process of being changed to hopefully be ready to grab a hold of the 2g auto awd record which stands at 9.55@144 I expect to take hold of that in 2010...
After this track visit the owner wasn't exactly thrilled with me so it's not welcome back without some safety equipment. This car currently doesn't have ANY cage.
Weight is coming out, cage going in, a little more power on top... We'll see what 2010 brings. The Eagle Rods are in for the ride of their lives. I just hope they hold...

Yeah and if you compare Tim's 1/8th mile to mine I was slightly quicker. I think he was making similar power to what my set up had...
I currently don't have any intentions on changing out the rods. The bearings are another story.
Money is not the problem. It's the fact that they arent showing signs of weakness yet. The Eagles are more the capable. (Scott from AMS went 8.9@155 on Eagles) When this gernades, and it will at some point, I'll build an Alum rod high compression 2.0... Until then it is what it is. The rod bearings WILL take a beating from a high powered car on a steel rod. That's the reason for a bearing change. The mains will remain, it's just the rod bearings getting changed out...(The block isn't coming out of the car)
Gotcha. Well your not far and if the rods do hold up that will be one hell of a rideYes I'm talking about his mirage. I'm not looking to run those times... Just deep nines. I think I can get 150mph out of this setup. Only time will tell, I'm still on a stock 2g head minus cams, still on low boost...
