really have you ever seen someonte fix a block like this or i should throw it away? inside theres an eagle forged crankshaft...

Well I would definitely pull the Eagle forged crank and look it over before tossing the block. Then I would toss them both based on your pics.
That's one welder I'd like to meet. You do realize that a large part of the rear seal area and bell housing is missing... right?
if one was forced to try to fix that block (especially if the missing pieces are available), it COULD be done

And to answer your question... Yes it's "fixable", but it'll most likely break again, and then all the money you spent on fixing it will be worthless. Just get a new block.

GT35R @ 36 PSI on a bad tune and/or with a LOT of knock
