Thanks guys, I'm pretty happy on how everything is working out, MAD props go to ETS and their fab work. My first real race is on the 29 this month, and there is also a smaller race the day before that I'm gonna test some. After that Im hearing we may come to Colorado for a race on June 25th, after that the car is going into storage and waiting for the Shoot Out in Ohio. I plan on in every way making no mistakes and pushing the car as hard as I can in Ohio redeeming what I know this car can do. There wont be a 9400 rev limiter getting in the way this time.
The JMFab dual rail manifold is coming off and being replaced with a single rail version, I want to sell this for $500 shipped.

Power testing will be starting next monday night or so, right now we are all packing up the shop to go race quads in the dunes for 5 days. Have a good weekend all

i think you or kevin should go after the hondas in the 72mm class.i would love to see chris miller loose to a dsm.

We would love to see this car come to Denver. Would you be here for the inline/flathead nationals? If you do come I will spread the word and make sure we show you the appreciation fast cars deserve. We love our mitsubishis here and seeing yours would be a highlight of the year.

I was incorrect I think on the date, I believe the date is June 5th I will confirm

That is the IDRC event. That makes much more sense.

Barked the drag Queen off this morning for the first time, OH MY is she rowdy. I want to thank Greg at GSC for making me the cams to suit my needs. We can call these GSC S3?'s. Dyno session to come in the next couple days then some shake downs hopefully this weekend. Here we go let the games begin.

Just got her off the dyno. I had to do a test for Robert at FP with their HTA 105 vs the Garrett GTXR 4202. The FP turbo won but just barely. At 44 psi the HTA made 1029 whp and the GTX made 1019 whp. I know for a fact that both can go over 1100 with no troubles, my guess would be around 50psi. We did do one accidental pull at 54 psi but we shut it down at 7500 rpm, Anyway the car is in my opinion ready for war. I have a good feeling that the car will be hella fun this first race of the season. Backing up the 8.6 would be nice, beating it would be a blessing.

This was through a 5 speed right?

The GTX-R was way down on power down low and at lower boost. The new wheels should be here right beofre IFO and the only thing that will look like last year is the paint :)

Are you headed out to Woodburn for the IFO event? I would sure think so because its so close for you.

I'll be there hanging out hanging out with English Racing. ALLLLLL the way from the east coast!

So I started working on the belly pan from front to rear. I'm all done for the most part from the Tcase, back. Just need to add some extra mounting points. After looking at all this, lift is kinda becoming a small concern. I do have 2.5in of rake in the car. I'm thinking a 2-3in chin spoiler would help on keeping unwanted air from getting under the car. Any ideas?

Shawn it is an honor to fly you out here to be apart of my debut with of the car.

Aren't there rules about having the lowest point of the body being at a certain point so that you don't trip the beams early? Also what is bad about air under the car?

Think of the car like the wing of an airplane: high pressure air under the car is being forced upward toward the low pressure area above the car, hence 'lift' is created.

CAN'T WAIT FOR IFO THIS WEEKEND!!!
