Just get a new one , take out the 3 bolts that hold the old one in and replace it. There's not much to it.

Weld plates on the side and then it will be a solid mount

It's called a Roll Stop Mount - to keep the motor from "rolling" forward when it develops torque. Some users just replace this with blocking up the motor to relieve the weight from it, to putting and gluing in urethane inserts in the middle to build it back up.

If you see one with the center bolt all the way to the bottom and can't be lifted up, the under center brace has been banged in due to previous users "pancaking" the vehicle and bending up that center brace.

Get a 1g front mount insert, solid poly and it fits right into a 2g mount.

Yea those things r lifesavers! They have pulled me outta hard spots at work quite a few times, if its stripped out on the inside and just spinning on the stud u can try to get a flat head screw driver or something similer btween the frame and nut and push up while u turn, cut it off, or torch it off
