august runs bring 11 second timeslips... maybe if you get a 10 shot of nos or something,... or someone pushed your car at the launch so you could get a better 60' time by .05 seconds.... next time, just take the whole rear bumper off and run without one, it would be less drag up top and a little less weight. you can just put it in my car, since by august I'll be there and rather than spin my front tires like crazy, I'll actually have front shocks to add some resistance to my rear tires lifting up my nose like crazy.

you can get an 11, and I'll be going for 12's. A full second slower than you with more mods seems reasonable, LOL. Not knowing how to drive well sucks, but with that chip you gave me, I should be able to get a much better tune out of my car.

14b's for life!!! (minus the fact that you have a gt35r waiting to be installed the second you hit 11's on your 14b...hey, at least I'll get to see a 10 second run in real life, since theres no way almost doubling your lbs/minute won't see a full second faster time slip, especially how you drive. Maybe I should just hand over my keys to you just to see what my car can do, then compute my crappy driving skills by comparing us. My guess is that I would be at least .75 seconds slower, even with you never driving my car before. see you in august, lets line up so I'll make your run look that much better.

Yes, that GT35 and other supporting mods are tempting. But if I just slap on the mods I'll still have to deal with the same traction issues that I'm having now. Last wednesday I found some weaknesses in the suspension setup. I'm having issues that seem to limit my 60' times to around 1.65 at best. Several times I spun all the way through first gear. I actually backed down the stutterbox rpm and it hooked up better. It would only get worse with more power. So why not deal with it now? Right now the power is consistent, my driving seems consistent, so I have a chance to focus on the little things and get it sorted out before adding big power.

Plus I really want to hit an 11 with a 14b, stock IC, stock injectors, and stock IC piping. :)

do what I did, just say f-it and go to wider tires... although you need them a lot more than I did, LOL.
