Smoking??

Ok well i know there are many threads on this samething but I cant figure it out but I do know that there can be a few problems just wanted to see if anybody has experienced this and major things I should check for if I havent already...
-Yesterday i did a little 20-80mph pull and shifted at like 5500rpm so nothing to harsh and ran 15.8-11.0 AFR so it was not lean or anything and just got back down to the speed limit of 65mph and went on to dinner(15min down the road) and then shut her off to go eat so didnt just run it then park it. Well I go to leave from dinner and begin talking while the car is just idling there and notice it is smoking like it use to with the blown t25, and it did it all today if not a little worse and I have not beat on it since then and only driven it like 4 times and looked but can not see any visual leaks. A few things I can think of is blown HG at a oil gally, blow turbo seal and it is burning oil but the turbo only has about 10,000 on it and those were not hard miles at all just regular street driving with some fun, Bad rings, or bad valve guides...
*So does anybody have any idea what it could be or a good way to check and narrow down what it could be?

Have you had your head rebuilt since you've had the car or do you have any record of the previous owner having it done? If so, do you know if your valve stem seals were replaced? Have you done a compression test, and if so what were your numbers?

do a leak down test and see what your numbers are. that will quickly tell you if your HG is blown. if your rings are shot you would have really bad blow by and could be leaking oil everywhere. drain your oil and see if you can smell gas in it (another indication). have you also checked your PCV system? than can be a culprit for smoking as well.

do a compression test first and let us know the numbers

Will get after the compression test tonight, and will jump rite on that PVC system since that is a cheap fix to make sure that is not the problem!
Head has never been redone as far as I know but I do have all records for the car sicne it was bought and will check!

**EDIT**
-Well PCV system is ok and I did replace the valve just incase but it did not help.
-Will do a Leak down Test tomm and get some numbers for you all
-Compression test will be done after the Leak down to see where I stand there, Thanks for the help
