My 1998 spider gs-t smokes and it’s annoying and I am pretty sure it’s most likely the turbo seals I feel like, It only smokes when I rev but never when I’m just in idle. I thought it would be the valve guide seals but the guy I bought it from said he had gotten them replaced and they didn’t look eaten up when I had my valve cover off. Just want to be sure before replacing the seals on my turbo. Is there other reasons to why it might be smoking? Any feedback is appreciated.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IoNgI0KIQ3I

Also would these valve stem seals work i’m pretty sure they’re the right size just want to double check
No, I don't know what engine those are for but they say for 3/8" valve stems which is completely wrong.
Our valves go into a guide that has a 6.6 mm bore in it. That's about 0.260 inches.
Here's Factory specs for valve guide and valve stem diameters:

When you are shopping for something like this, a good place to start looking for it is on the STM or MAP web sites. If they have the part at all, they will have good info and probably good pictures of it, and they will tell you what car models and years they fit. Then if you want to look around some more, at least you will know something about the part. But I buy from these places whenever possible. There are a few other good dealers too.

Here are the seals on STM: Ferrea Valve Stem Seal Kit for 4G63
Here are the seals on MAP: GSC Power-Division Viton Valve Stem Seals - Mitsubishi 4G63T

And in some cases you can still get OEM Mitsubishi parts so that's another place worth checking sometimes.

But before you start buying stuff and before you take anything apart, you should do a compression test. Just an ordinary compression test. That is easier and less confusing than a leak down test. Usually you would do a compression test first. If the results of that look not very good, then you could do a leak down test which can help you figure out if it's the rings or the valve seats that are bad, or both.

I concur. Wild guesses have no place in diagnosis. Basic compression test is easy and cheap for a diy.
