It's a small 16g...Your going to need an install kit...Or kinda make it work..

Search for 14b/16g install on 2g..

Just as a head's up. I had a "52" 16g, from a JDM redtop motor (valve cover says Mitsubishi on top by oil cap), and the wheel mic'd out as a big 16g. So you might want to mic the compressor wheel. (only the inducer matters, all "g" series turbo's have a 68mm exducer).

whoa! i'm a newby at all this turbo stuff. explain it to me better. thanks for the reply man

i have used an install kit form ebay that came complete with everything for 2 yrs now and works great just make sure you install correctly and enjoy:thumb:

link.

ok i'm going to tell you the whole history. I had a 420A before. I sold it and found me a GST. It was all to hell. When I bought the GST, it didn't have a clutch so i put the clutch in and new flywheel and some other stuff to make it run right because the timing was advanced. Now i know the basics of mechanics and can do my own clutch and timing belt and all the good stuff. But I'm a newby when it comes to all the turbos and tuning. I don't know anything about tuning. I don't want to go to crazy on this engine until i can afford to rebuild it or buy a new one. I can put my SAFC on but I heard you need a wideband to run safe and I am saving to buy one and I would appreciate if someone could help me step by step on tuning my car. Sorry if my english is nt so good

At least this guy is on the right path and cares about the longevity of his engine, unlike 54% of the people on this site who want to throw an ebay 35r on their car and turn the boost up to 40psizzzzzz with no supporting mods and hit the streets and roll extra hard. Props to you!

i am done installing my J pipes and i installed my SAFC so when i am ready to tune its already in there. Now i have a question. I plugged the westgate hose back to the cylinoid where the stock T25 was. I want to know if that is ok to daily drive the car like that until I can get MBC so I can start tuning I don't want to go to crazy on this car because i use it daily. So I only want to do like 14 psi and i would appreciate if you guys can tell me what more parts i need to do 14 psi.

With the safc and the small 16g on 450 ccs of fuel..You should be able to do 14psi, with no bad things happening to car...A logger should be mentioned, tho so you can keep an eye on whats happening inside the motor..

Actually on second thought..I would try to stay at about 12psi...The 16g flows much more than the t25..
