six or seven bolt?

ok so i just bought a 92 tsi awd 5spd talon, it needs a head gasket and studs, now i know there is a difference between the two motors only thing is, is there a way of telling before i order my parts. if anyone knows the build dates that would help or something visible i can check would be great too thanks... also i did check with the search tool i still came up with nothing

if its before June 1992 its a 6 bolt.
