Thank you. Yeah, the sinister 8" is still in the car. I've going to switch to the jeff bush billet 1g precision sometime this year.Amazing build man, great work and thanks for sharing! Are you still running the Sinister speed 8" converter? I thought I saw you trying to sell it a little while back?
thank you!I thought I recognized the DSM in CZero's video. Congrats on making it to the semi's.

Yeah, I really need to see some results before I pull the trigger. Bradco has a new billet converter that is out as well.Nice, I'm very optimistic of the potential of the JB/Precision converter. A local buddy of mine bought one, but it will be a little while until he finishes his build, I'm contemplating pulling the trigger on one later this year. The Bradco unit I currently have is a little tight and can be challenging to stall up, but it does couple nicely on the top end.
Yes, same car. Thanks man! That sound would be the wastegate fluttering from the solenoid trying to maintain boost. The fix is to control the gates using both ports and not the side only (already ordered all the push fittings I need to do this). Is that the same car? Tha's to funny didn't even notice that....literally watched that vid last night. Sick build man!
One question about that vid @b00stedtalon2 I know audio can be a bit weird in vids sometime (espcially during dyno pulls with a spun up turbo) but is that turbo surgin a bit in the vid during the pulls? I kinda a hear a chuff-chuff-chuff sound when she first spools up and gets into boost.
I think thats the wastegate dump. It sounds like that because of the duty cycle. Im assuming haha

Makes sense. I plan to fix it soon.OH! Hahaha. Man I never woulda guessed that's what it was. Sounds similar to surging but much slower. I can get my holset to surge easily these days so I know that sound well...heard this and thought man that sounds like surge but slower. So its the side dump and the wastegate being like 2" from the exit making that sound hey? Very interesting.
I can make my HE351VE surge easily with my controller so I actually had to slow down the spool as it would surge in 3rd gear at 3800 RPM and +22 psi (absolute max psi and min RPM for that compressor). Sounds so so similar.
Anyway sick build man. Sub'd now fo sho.

Thank you!Damn dude.....awesome run. Congrats!
Yeah, they wrote on every car there the fastest time they were allowed to run. Tech was very strict... they wouldn't even allow gopro's.What's the 10.00 in the back window for? Were they tech dicks this year? Did brewzooski put a cage in his car? I really wanted to go but my woman graduated from NP school this weekend so I couldn't make it. Trying to decide on IFO-Milan or SCT-STL at the of may.
Car is working good for sure!
.
. We'll see about milan, it's like 5-6 hrs for me. If I get a test session in and the car runs good maybe.Man I suspected that would happen. I'm surprised they didn't boot bruzewski last year. The gave us a .1 cushion. The 2 guys from ohio with the 240's ran 8.50's in the final after being teched to 10.0 I think and they gave them the boot. They teched my car good to 11.50, and I went back and bitched to try and get the 10.0 I should have been good to, and they basically said too bad. Bruzewski ran a 9.80 or something. Must be why they did the numbers this year.
I wonder if it will happen at Joliet again. It keeps alot of competitors away. On the other hand though guys shouldn't be trying to run 8's without a cage. We'll see about milan, it's like 5-6 hrs for me. If I get a test session in and the car runs good maybe.

Thank you! I really need to get weight out of this pig.Congrats on your new personal best! U had that evo on the 60ft!
