any wire tucks on 1ga's?

1g's are a lot easier. 2g's are filled with wires and crap up top that 1g's aren't. I've done a couple mild wire tucks on 1g's and they all come out great and are easy.

Do you sleave/loom the wires?

I am thinking of starting a wire tuck, stashing the harness along the fire wall and running wires under the intake manifold etc. But I wanted to ditch all that crinkly corrugated wire loom and use Cable sleeving commonly used in PCs.

I am thinking I should be able to knock it out with 1 of these

The throttle cable is bolted onto the intake manifold still, so don't know what you're asking?

Everything is re-routed behind the IM or lower on the firewall.

For those wanting to do this, they have actually started accepting people's harnesses for core's or providing you with one if you want this done. You can send in your engine harness, they have a 1g/2g donor car to fit everything and make sure it's the right fit/length.

I'm sending in mine and giving them a try.

That almost looks like a non-cruise cable, unless they did some funky cruise relocation, to get that look all you need in the non-cruise cable (which of course deletes your cruise control).

No battery box? Clean tuck but i would feel better with the fuse box inside the cabin. regardless, very clean work

I thought the same thing! Then realized it was an "I" instead of "T."

But yes, they're great with customers. Always had an email/call right back. I tried getting them to relocated the fuse box to the glove box. They originally said yes, then 15 minutes later was told that the tech that does the tucks will not do it since it leaves room for mess up.

Still worth it IMHO. You get a clean looking bay and it saves you the time/hassle of doing it yourself.

I would recommend buying sleeving from here.Last time I priced some out, it was a lot cheaper than PC modding sites like Xoxide, plus these guys carry automotive grade stuff (heat, chemical, etc. resistant).
