This thread is making me jealous. You're all doing exactly what I want to, but I don't have any place to put the car where I can do it. =(

Someday I will ... I just wish I could do it now.

I know exactly how you feel. My car is sitting in the parking lot at my dorm just waiting for someone to work on it; too bad i have no place to work on it and no tools because i have no money. I'm just hoping for a miracle.

Mine is sitting behind my work (NAPA), thankfully I can park it there over the winter. Tools are no issue, just the space. I want to go all out on this Talon, fully strip down and build up, wire tucking, relocations, etc.

-Rerouted wire harness
-Removed cruise control, ac, and emissions
-Relocated coil pack, resister pack, and low mounted battery

Thanks, I never could see what the difference would be since the gm maf always shows the same iat signal on my logs. I did make a different upper intercooler pipe to be able to reroute the intake by the passenger headlight and gain some colder airflow at the track when I pulled the light out.

I didn't think the GM MAF could measure IAT.

Here's mine. It's now got a black aluminum radiator and shroud, but other than that this picture is current. (The idea was to hide everything for a sleeper effect. If you're interested, check my mods to see how much I have hidden.)

I just read your list ... and all I have to say is ... omfg. What DON'T you have hidden under there?

On another note, I really like the solid black look. Mind if I borrow the idea?

Itll change drastically after my upcoming deployment this summer. Pics were taken 5 mins ago. I took the bumper off yesterday to repaint it. Should have it done by this evening if I dont get tired and take a nap.

Yea, thats too bad it you didn't have a way of logging IAT's just because I'd be curious to see if moving it there really made a difference. Either way that engine bay setup you've got is amazing and I'm really at the setup, good job.

Haha, yeah, it took a lot of work to hide everything, but it turned out how I wanted it to. By all means, make yours black too. It'll look badass on your car.

Wow wvturbo2 that looks amazing...

I seriously don't get where you guys hide and tuck everything? I'd love to do the fuse box relocation but I don't have the time or want to extend the wires...
