Heres some pictures I took today for the 2gb talon bumper im selling for my buddy and I started to look at the ride height. I have the coilover set up on there now and have some room to go alittle bit lower. Right now its at just above 2 fingers wheel to fender. Thats 1.75 inches. I know alot of guys almost tuck their wheels under their fenders and all but I just want it to look good. I know if you go tolow that just kills the performance aspect of the setup. Whats your opinion on the height now? Thanks. I have full camber kit for the front in the mail so dont worry about stuff like that.

I don't think it looks bad, but damn your brakes look small. :)

Haha thats because theres nothing to those Nippon wheels. They are like 13 lbs a piece. It looks alot better when it gets cleaned up also. I still have to remember a 97-99 bumper is going back on wiht an Rm lip so that anoht 3 inches lower than the talon bumper. Thanks for responce

I've always liked how those wheels look on your car.

Thanks, My tires are 50's also so I think ill take it down a tad and see if I like it.
Im not getting an alingment until I get it where I want it, and since im not driving it thats no big deal.

Matt, it looks pretty good the way it is. You could go lower, but you'll smash your lip. Plus it'll probably handle better at the height you have it at now as opposed to going too low. I love the way mine looks but I think might raise it up a bit after I install my RM swaybars in a couple weeks. Plus I'm putting on a cupra r lip I've had laying around all winter.
Just get it the way you think it looks good and drive it around a couple days before you get it aligned to see if that height is going to be ok for you. How do you like the coilovers so far?
BTW, how much do you want for that Talon bumper? I may consider taking it off your hands. Is it in good shape? I don't care about the paint obviously.

Anyways how you been ? car still looks good. Everything rides good, but I havnt really driven it because of winter. I have some some AGX's and pro kits commin soon I got a good deal for so I might run the agx's with my coilovers if iIend up not liking these shocks. Ill pm more about the bumper I dont want to get introuble in the thread

When the camber kit comes in I think ill tee what alittle lower feels/looks like. Its only about 10 minutes to adjust so why not. I just want the car to be functional. I have also made the RM Lip a quick removal piece by fabricating runners and a locks on the underside of my bumper. Its on and off in 2 minutes. Pretty good idea that worked out well.

Hey Matt, I'd keep it at the height now, or if anything maybe a half an inch. Any lower than that, and I don't know how you can drive on Pittsburgh streets with the lip.
