ya i was suprised on how clean the motor was because it has been sitting for a year but she started right up and ran like a champ. It was sweet music to my ears she is going to be perfect for this heart transplant. :thumb:
 
ya it was funny because he wanted 650 for it. well i was able to talk him down to about $300.. Because the shell was trashed so badly i kept pointing that out there to him and he took $300 for it. Woot go me. :rocks:
 
Ok so here is the update i know crimson has been waiting for. My built engine from SBR will be done in 2 weeks! Also i just ordered a ton of parts from them. Got me a 6 bolt Fidanza flywheel, Aem Uego Wideband, Dash vent bezel for my Apexi AFC, Intake Manifold heat barrier gasket, and a couple of other small items. Woot getting pretty excited.
 
Haha thats hillarious Crimson. And im good on my oem body parts i have them all alrdy. =)
 
Ya we should have the 6 bolt in sometime this week. Cant wait to get it back on the road.

Ok so we made some progress on removing the engine the other night so enjoy the pictures. Then the next night we was successful on getting the engine and tranny out! :thumb: We also removed my AC and cruise control competely. Just debating on whether or not to take out the power steering as well.

Here is pictures of the engine removed from the car. We found a hole in the oil pan the size of a dime. Guess im going to have the rip the engine apart to find out exactly what went wrong. :beatentodeath: I went out and bought a few items so that i can clean up the engine bay and repaint it. I also bought enough vacuum tubing to replace it all!!! :rocks:
