I currently have my engine out, and I just bolted up the tranny tonight. I was making sure it shifted and whatnot with my hands. When I was chacking the clutch fork, I noticed it wiggled freely, but seems to hit a wall when I pull it towards where the passenger side would be. I assumed it was hitting the pressure plate, so I propped a big screw driver and used it has a clutch pedal and it would budge. My question is if I should be able to push the throw out bearing into the pressure plate without the hydrolics hooked up? It it normal for it to be so hard to disengage the clutch without all the clutch cylinders? Tell me if I didn't explain my question well and I'll try to elaberate. Thanks!
