so my questions is: what can cause the fork failed?(i don't shift hard) i just ordered the billet aluminum one from white shed speed and i don't want this one broke too.

I'm running act flywheel and 2600 clutch with 6 puck disc
master cylinder and clutch slave are new.
fork clutch is new and the bearing is new too, both are oem.
shift cables seems are all good.
anyone experienced with something like this before? all inputs will be appreciated

You are trying to shift too hard, or the clutch is not releasing, or there is a mechanical issue with the transmission. You may need to clearance the reverse interlock some when installing the billet fork. Just found out there is quite a bit of variation in the mitsu part and have had 2 out of the 30 sold needed some clearancing.

Inspect the shift rail and make sure it's not bent. Can you find the small broken pieces for inspection?
