Ok probally simple but apparently i have had some lil meeces chewin on some wires. Sorry no pic to upload but its a single blk wire lead to a small cylinder with a mount bracket at the front of the block? anyone know what this is, the wire is exposed and probally not recieving current.

No oil pressure gauge on cluster, and yea i was thinking a small capacitor but i new that couldnt be correct. but the cylinder is maybe and inch tall and doesnt go into the block just a small clamp mount with a single bolt... what is the purpose of it?

I just looked threw the 2g Engine Bay Electrical Connections thread and no luck. It's located under the exhaust manifold on the right on he head. ( correct from previous statement of the block )

ok i'm pretty sure it has to be the noise condeser.. but not sure. also is this just for audio purposes this is installed or does it intermediate the circuit flow for the ECM? i have no stereo in the car and really dont plan on puttin one it in it. if so can i just negate this?

no it's just a small capacitor looking sensor that doesnt go into the head, just sits on a mounting bracket.. I'm gonna have to get a pic of it

but thanks for the leads thou bro
