Ok here it is.... I have a 96 gst and im puttn evo9 internals the guy i got the crank from pretty much just gave me a set of EVO 8 NON mivec cams....

Will they work in a stock 2g head???

What do i have to do

Are you just using the crank or did you get other parts too? In my last GSX build I used the pistons from an evo8

I've used everything except the crank thats on your list and it ran amazingly. So yes to all of that. I did some research and it showed that the crank should work also.

His post indicates he already knows the crank, pistons, and rods will work (which they all will). He is asking of the cam will work.

And in the final words of the post you so kindly quoted I stated that on my other forum there is a guy running the cams (aka research). Pay attention my friend. And nowhere does the OP state he knew that the internals would work.

You didn't say anything about cams. The OP asked if THEY will work in a 2g head. Last time I checked, pistons and rods don't go in the head.
He never asked if the pistons and rods and crank will work. He only asked if the cams will work.
