I'm curious as well. Might just have to go that route sooner. Also want to run e85 since it's just up the street
When I switched, I made a leap of faith in ME. I drove almost 20 miles to my only E85 station, filled up, changed my fuel setting to 9.8 and held my breath. She started up and I drove home. Then I started tweeking the tune, timing etc. from my gas tune to a friendlier E85 tune. E85 is what makes my car a beast....a lot different car then on gas.

We have 91 octane here in AZ and E54. When I was running 91 I had to be fairly conservative with boost and timing. Couldn't run over 21ish psi and timing was fairly low. With E54 I was able to up the timing and boost. Big big difference in butt dyno.

Ty for the VERY HELPFUL INFO. Guess that's the next move for me.

One thing i worry about in switching is not passing NYS inspection . Right now with DSMLINK i pass with no problem as far as my monitors being ready . Does anybody in the NY area have speed density and pass inspection .

well here it is the new sd set up

Yeah I always hated the factory manifolds didn't have enough vac ports. I used to use a Vibrant 4 port vacuum distribution block tied into the brake booster port. Worked quite well.

I don't think anyone mentioned how much of a pain it is to get SD dialed in. Its a long and tedious process if you want it to work right. Knowing what I know now, I am not going back to SD unless I plan to wire in ethanol sensor to the ECU and let it automatically control fuel delivery. I had a few drivability issues with SD, random stall when coming to a stop and the car didn't seem as responsive. I went back to MAF and switched to e85, I'm now making 426hp with a hta68. I did like a few things about SD but it was too much of a pain without real gains in my opinion. Good luck bud.

Did u dial in the sensors to the appropriate ecu pins?

ok so stupid me didnt have the temp sensor pluged in but still i cant see valuse for some reason on my log i just did another log here it is thanks for the help

airflowperrev should be around 0.25 yours is about 0.37 at idle. The link on your other post asking the same questions WTF will help you dial that in.
