greddy bov fail point

ok guys just a quick question at what psi does a greddy bov fail at. i am asking cause i am geting ready to order sbr's 2g frount mount and am wondering if i should just up grade to a tail bov or keep my greddy bov. i am in the middle of gathering the smaller parts for my de-strocker build up and am looking to make a good 500hp and i am not sure if the greddy bov will handle those boost levels. thanks agian guys

I've heard they begin to leak around 25 psi, but then again I've seen them go above that as well. They arent limited by HP more so as how much pressure they can hold.

If you're planning to really make over 500 fwhp, you're probably looking into getting either DSMlink or an EMS, right? If so, I suggest just getting a 50mm tial BOV and never worrying about it again.

i also heard that venting is bad for the motor thats why i was asking if my greddy would be fine i would like to go tial with a blow thruogh

Search for venting threads theres tons of em out there. Tial is top notch for high boost applications.
