scatter shield question?

I was wondering if a scatter shield could be put on with out ripping out the tranny?

Also what scatter shield has a rating that will pass all drag track regulations, and where can i get one?

Yes. A ThreeSpeed Scatter shield can be installed without removing the transmission but it easier to do while you have the trans out.
