so i bought a motor from a friend and i was recently rebuilt with 40 over pistons and the crank was balanced and the motor blueprinted and such. The only problem is that it sat for quite some time and some rust has developed in the bores. Is there any way to safely remove it>?? someone told me wheel acid and a brush but im thinking emery cloth and wd-40. then a hone and im good. any suggestions??
