Recently did a cold compression test (car does not start) and got 65-70 across all 4. Afte pouring a cap full of oil the compression went up 15psi across all four.

My question is do the walls look good ?

I have seen worse.

The cross hatch is about gone.

Mic the block for wear, if it is decent hone it, new rings and bearings and go on with it.

If it has alot of wear, bore .020 get new pistons and rings and carry on
