Hey, I recently got ecmlink v3 and I have 0 experience with it. I am trying to get the idle right in my car cause it surges and occasionally, when the car is warmed up, it will not stay on. Other times it surges and sometimes it stays steady but the o2 in the log stays steady.
I have a cel 0012, MAF code.I have a 3" gm maf wired straight to ecu with ecmlinks cable. I dont have a wideband
, but I get horrible gas mileage, (around 10mpg so I know its running very rich. It runs so rich that if I shut the car off and turn the key into the on position right after, the engine will come back on). I have almost every symptom of idle surge from terrys guide, yes I read it so you dont have to tell me to.
My timing, Fuel pressure are ok. Im not 100% sure but I dont think I have any boost leaks or vacuum leaks (I checked all the vacuum lines and tightened all the piping).
Also, I have a blitz twin sbc and I cant control the boost very well with it. I maxed it out and it only goes to 15psi. A few months ago, I had the dial a little over half and it was at 20psi. I cant control the boost from link.
Overall, I believe my problems lies somewhere in the maf. I know my fuel tables arent that great but I gotta make sure this maf is functioning properly before I worry about that.
Below is a log from today, its a portion of a longer cruise (the last 3-5 minutes or so) The only thing that doesnt seem right is the MafRaw which stays steady arounf 24-25 no matter what the conditions are.
