RUnning really rich

My 2g is running extremly rich. black smoke that smells like gas coming out the exhaust. hard to rev up until high rpm. Also my stock turbo gause isnt working. dont know what the problem is

Is the ECU throwing any codes? That's where you should start. If you pull anything let us know.

Do a boost leak test and make sure that the MAF is plugged in all the way. it sounds like an intercooler pipe is either ripped or blown off.

sounds like you have a maf issue if your factory boost gauge is not working properly. also do a blt
