90 talon tsi running really rich

ok i have checked everything and im out of ideas now when i start the car it runs terrible idles up and down but only if its hot outside when its cool out it will run and drive till it gets hot then it starts blowing black smoke out the back and sputters like crazy in which case i cant drive it at all my air fuel gauge goes back and fourth all the way to max then all the way down and it boosts far to much step on the gas just a little bit or half way down and it goes right to 20 psi boost pulls really hard then pops at 5000 rpm and the boost controller is all the way down witch is messed up i have done a compression test witch turnd out all good all cyl were at 145 i changed the plugs and wired changed o2 sensor tested the maf sensor so i dont know what else to do but ya soon as its hot it will not drive anywhere.

Do you have any mods besides the evo fmic and have you done a boost leak test?

no i do not have any other mods that i know of i just bought the car and the guy i got it from didnt know much about it but i can hear some whistling from the vacuum lines from the turbo and if i pinch the line it stops could this be the problem

Absolutely! It will cause those exact symptoms.
