Rpm issues still

Still having rpm issue. Timing is good and ecu caps look good, what else could it be? Won't rev over 6 and revs really slow when driving no excelliratipng after 3 grand in 4th and 5th gear. I'm thinking time for new motor.

I agree well worth the 20 bucks and time.

Did another boost leak test and can't find anymore. When I pressurize to 20 psi my autometer gage on the piller shows 18 but when I drive stol only boosting 5. What else could it be?
