still have idle issues

first off ive replaced ecu isc and checked for vac. leaks when my car warms up is when it starts to surge I tried unhooking the isc and the fiav togehter and the car still surges i was told by unhooking these to sensor the ecu could not control the idle but why is it still surging?

Check the biss, my car used to idle irratically (sp) and i bought a new biss and it fixed my problem.

Yes i have already adjusted the biss by the vfaq and it seemed to do fine for about an hour and then it went back to surging again it beginning to be a pain

Use carb cleaner, or mineral spirits etc on your throttle body.

Edit: Also make sure your alternator is working/grounded etc. Any your accessorie belts are tensioned properly. Just some things that altered my idle after i put my motor in.

have you checked the idle air control valve?
