My idle issues have stumped me

Ok guys I need some ideas...Im having some crazy idle issues. Ive been over all the basic stuff. My ISC is unplugged, TPS is between 9 & 11%, FIAV is sealed off, throttle cable isnt sticking, Biss screw is set via v-faq..
The car idles around 1100 when its first cranked . Then idles down to around 900 when its warmed up. After about 5 min. of driving it wants to idle around 1900 and stays most of the time. Sometimes it will idle back down to 900, but most of the time it stays. I didnt start having these issues until I installed the FP2s..Im going to do a vaccum test today, but I wanted to see if anyone had any other ideas..

I have just found out that when I pump the brakes the idle drops and wants to die. Please help if you know what the issue is. Thanks again

You are driving around with the ISC un-plugged?

Keep in mind that cams will change idle...and if you have the exhaust cam retard 1 tooth you will loose more vaccum and make it even worse. Are you sure the timing is dead on?

This is more than likely a seperate issue due to alternator and/or brake booster problems.

Im 100% sure timing is dead on.
Please ellaborate on the alt/brake booster problem.
