Still have a idle problem lol

Hey guys i have just figured out my last idle problem, i well tell the problem i had because that could help you help me out . so my first problem was that the car would idle and then stall , so i replaced the maf sensor and it fixed the problem the car idled rough but didnt stall,so messed with the biss screw and then it idled perfect and then i was happy. .......but my new problem is that the car idles so high i dont have to give the car gas to take off , just let off the clutch and it goes .it idles at 3000 rpms .i drive a 1g 1990 plymouth laser 2.0 turbo with a big 16g turbo. if you guys could help me out that would be really cool.thanks

Did you adjust the BISS properly or just start screwing? Also check for boost leaks and a sticking throttle body/cable.

i just started bringing the screw in and out while the car was running till it was not idling to rough but now it idling at 3 grand

Read how to adjust it properly, then test your ISC and TPS/Idle Switch, then check for boost leaks.
