Don't worry Unreal you can say all you want, but everyone will love the kits when they get them. I thought AGP had a 6-7 week wait on their kits. So how would he already have his kit?

We are getting them out asap. The first orders are all finished and we be shipped early next week. We will only have a 1.5 week wait on turbo kits ordered once these first batch go out.

A 2g manifold is good for performance and price, but it doesn't do any good if you can't use it with the Garrett turbo.

ahh touche, guess I didnt think of that one. Well in that case, good idea :) BTW good job keeping your cool replying to this thread, its easy to misconstrew peoples posts/bashes. I guess we are all skeptics. keep up the good work and fabrication skills. Im in the process of fabricating my own intake manifold right now.

Just for the record that is simply false.

Yes I would like say to Ryan. That you have done a good job, with the replying in a perfessional manner. I know myself, and others have grilled you pretty good. The whole time you kept your head cool. Im sure I will love my kit when I get it. As for the ppl promoting the AGP kit like they were a huge bill board. This is not what the thread was meant for.

Iam sure the AGP is a good kit. It can speak for itself, and doesnt need ppl promoting it like it was a top 10 hit. So please stop it. I cant wait to recieve my kit, and im sure it will perform to my expectations as well. Only time will tell. I will have pics, and videos. Of track runs, and dyno pulls.

Ps Ryan is my kit one of the ones that is going to be shipped next week??

AGP Kits using GARRETT turbos are currently shipping in about 2weeks from the time you order.

I'm not in any way bashing RNR kits. Just trying to let the information out there, and anyone reading this can make an educated decision.

What 4 bolt housings fit? .48? .63? .82? You CAN squeeze a .48 4 bolt on a turbonetics manifold grinding the block and grinding the turbo a bit.

What if a turbo fails? Do they send it back to turbonetics or to RNR?

Is it possible to have a DAMN thread on this web site were every vender is not compared to AGP:rolleyes: Jesus Christ this is not about freaking AGP. its a discussion about the RNR racing t3/t4 turbo kit. How about some God damn moderation:rolleyes:

If you pay over 500 for a manifold with runners shorter then 30 inches, your a ###, a eqaul length manifold with runner a foot long with only help you in the fast and the furious.

I looked on net before asking this but I couldn't find a good explanation. Why is it a waste to have runners shorter then 30 inches on equal length manifold? I thought point of those was to have (in our case) 2 exhaust pulses hit the exhaust wheel at the same time spooling turbo faster so technically it shouldn't matter if runner is 12 or 30 inches? Could somebody explain, I'm very curious.

What thread are you reading? Can you please quote where exactly this thread went off course? The only things said about AGP's kit have been to clearify statements like "I thought AGP had a 6-7 week wait on their kits. So how would he already have his kit?".

BTW- On page 2 you were the first person to go completely off topic.

First of all, never will 2 exhaust pulses come out of your engine at the same time. Its a 4 stroke engine and each cylinder is always on a different stroke. But yes, the shorter equal length runners will add spool and power to some degree.

But the real power of harmonics won't come into play, and thats where insane manifold design comes into play.

Please stop spreading incorrect information that you are not qualified to coment on. 4cyl 4stroke engines have cylinder to cylinder exhaust valve overlap all the time.

I heard that you guys a 6-7 week wait because that is what customers were calling and telling me. I guess they were wrong.

I do believe both kits have their features and benefits. There is nothing wrong with either one of them.

The .48 and .63 4bolt housing will fit. I am unsure of the .82 as I haven't tried one yet. The Turbonetics manifold requires a lot of grinding when used with the .63 housing.

Well from everything ive seen, read and reviewed, looks like your doing a decent job Ryan :thumb:

As Heat stated, i am also one of the selected few who have been waiting for there kits since Feburary

As for the people flaunting on about AGP... When i was going to order from them, i called and talked to them and yes there was a 6 week waiting list... so false as that may sound.... i heard it personally! Keep in mind that was back in feburary!

If people honestly dont like the look of the manifold... build a heat sheild to cover it :thumb: or just spend about 5 hours polishing it, only for it to change colors on you within the first hour of driving it.

Yes it's been a long wait to get the turbo kit.... yes im kinda being impatient, yes it sucks.... but it's life... i know i dont like being rushed... especially if i was doign something like this.:|

Ryan, great job, i really hope i see my turbo kit soon, i know ive bugged the hell out of you about it. Last question.....
~I ordered the T3/T4 .63 stage 5 A/R housing.... now what if i wanted to add an intake in with that w/o recirc tube? Is there a way to arrange to get that, how much would it cost? Email me or give me a call or something... dejontool.com want $13X.xx... id rather make it instead of dishing that much out....

Two easy questions. First off. What psi spring comes with the wastegate?? Second question. When is my kit being shipped out?? thanks

Well then just cancel your order and go buy another kit then..:thumb:

other than that i dont know what to tell you really..... except... just keep waiting

how do you think i feel.... this and my intercooler kit from prostreet is holding me up from finishing my 2.4l hybrid

I cant cancel my order from RnR. I tryed a few days before I sent payment. He then told me that there is a 30% non-refundable charge. Due to him using my money to buy some of the parts of the kit. (e.g Turbo, Wastegate, lines)

But the things is. On the site were it talks about refunds, and exchanges. It says nothing about the charge. To be honest I do want my money back. But I cant efford to give away 30% of 1495. That is alot of money. To me atleast. The thing I dont get is. He told me he can not efford to take the lose on the turbo, and other parts. Im sure he could use those parts for someone else's kit?

hybrid. was it you that orderd a bunch of kits from RnR? If so have you recived them yet? Has ryan told you or been in contact with you? thanks

I'm having trouble contacting him also. I hope there isn't anything fishy going on. I worry about this more everyday. I've also got alot money on the line and I can't get in touch with him. I hope everything turns out all right.
