Well Ryan sent me an Email today with my number. Thanks for coming though in the end Ryan. :thumb:

OK, your a ####ing spaz. Im sure no one at RNR will respond to that in any way other then courtesy, but its obvious what anyone would think.

When you buy the very first run of a new product still in testing, you damn well better not expect it to be completely finished without a hitch. I know damn well that RNR could have fabbed and shipped some crap manifold in 24 hours but they did not. They thought they could build a qaulity product in a certain time and unfortuneatley for reason that niether you nor I are aware of they were unable to meet that demand. So they did what I personally would want a shop to do. They made sure they shipped a qaulity product.

Now I don't know what vendor has you bent over and a dick stuck up your ass, but deal with them. Don't take it out on a product that is a brand new design. Your probably getting ass raped over a down pipe, not a brand new product.

When I bought my Joe P EMBC, they told me 5 days. Unfortuneatly it took 4 weeks but I was buying a product that was not in existence yet. Annoying? Yes, but I understand that when you buy a unreleased or cutting edge product, you occasionally have yo deal with extra development. thats what staying on the forefront of anything entails. Get over it.

Yes, and No. ^^^

I can understand it taking time to design the manifold. I can see there being delays also. But I cant see why you would be taking orders before you have made, and finished the final product. But even if you do take orders I think the comsumer should know what is up before buying it.

P.s Ryan, did you ship USPS?? Just making sure. thanks

I was not talking to you =) Your concerns were legitimate.

And your right, but sometimes design takes longer then expected unfortuneatley. Your the first with a product, others wont have your problems. Be glad you had someone take the time to make it right.

if its brand new, build a few test kits have your welder build a few put them on the shelf then advertise and sell them (rocket science HUH:rolleyes:) once you know how long it takes for you or whoever is building your crap to produce it. you tell your customers your expected wait time and let them know it could take additional time depending on parts availability and so forth. you don't start a new line of products with shit customer service.

Oh, no doubt RNR made a mistake, Im just saying that its not the same problem your having. Your just a whiny bi*** with a dick up your ass who, seeing a similair problem(and having forgot his Midol), decides to attack a legitimate vendor for a one time mistake about a brand new product.

Once again, I don't know what vendor has you bent over but is it a brand new product or an established product? Are you the first person they've done it too?

Ryan....

The kit does come with a new 2.5 O2 housing RIGHT??? Just checking

Now for the name calling, and all this BS. Can we stop that crap in here please. #### it sounds like im back in high school.

Alright guys this thread is going absolutely no where but down and in all honesty should have been closed a while back. Im closing this now, if you want to ask questions regarding the kit then please start another thread and keep it on topic, not regarding their customer service issues, only regarding their products.
