I orderd my exhuast about a month ago from RNR and have failed to receive it. I have sent emails and got speedy replys which i am happy to report but a month to get an exhaust is way to long to wait as of now i am not happy with my purchase hopefully when it finnaly gets here i can post good things about this exhaust system i will keep you posted!

Markbenbear, we will be getting your order out shortly. We started a new mass production system instead of a one off custom type thing. We started this so that we will now have everything in stock which will eliminate long lead times.

This will be great for everyone. We will be able to get a lot more orders completed at one time. So in the near future we will have all parts that we sell in stock and you won't have to wait. We are pretty excited about this and are sure everyone else will be too.

so, with this new mass production system thingy, how long will i have to wait? In a way, i like to have to wait for things like this, cuz you can't rush quality! But i sure wouldn't mind having it sooner. Either way, keep up the good work, i'm sure i'll be a totally satisfied customer.

We are in the process of getting caught up with all our current orders. Then with the mass production we will have most everything in stock. So once you ordered it should ship the next day. At the most you would have to wait would be 2-3 days on something we didn't have. That is our goal. Trust me the quality will still be there. We never want that to change.

well, i ordered mine on 5-7-03, so almost 2 weeks ago. I'm just wondering if it's gonna be another 3 weeks or so, or if it'll be one of the mass produced ones? I'm in no rush, so take your time, it sounds like you're making alot of people happy just doin what you're doin now. :thumb: :talon:

at least you got something. ahp charged my credit card 3 months ago for my o2 housing and i still have nothing. i called them and they dont answer. i email them and they dont reply. what a joke. i think theyre still mining the metal from the mountain. hopefully the mine collapses.

I ordered my exhaust on 4/19 still no exhaust system and it hasnt even been shiped yet it is 5/26. i understand not rushing quality work but lets be reasonable. I just hope it comes really soon so i can get this over with and put it on so i can say good stuff about RNR.

alright my stock dp is corroding and falling apart so i am planning on the ss rnr eliminator. my car is stock and this will be my only mod to the exhaust. will this work or will i get mad boost creep?

Re: waiting... Took a month and a half for mine to arrive from the original date I ordered it. Ryan didn't email me a tracking number when it shipped, so yours could very well be on the way; check with RnR to make sure your order hasn't already left the shop.

Re: boost creep... I'm running a 3" turbo-back (with a short 2.5" restriction at the beginning of the cat-back that will be eliminated when I get the chance) with no creep on the stock T-25, although to be fair, I can't really hammer on it right now because of how badly the clutch is slipping. I'll know for sure after I get the 2600 on the car and break it in.

If you're really worried about it, you could go with an external dump, but it's going to be very loud, and it'll sound like crap with the stock turbo. ;)

I hope its already shipped that would be sweet to wake up tommrow and see my piping all layed out for me when im not expecting it just like christmass !! haha anyways thanks for the reply

thanks hope...... its been one month, 2 days, 19 hours, 10 min and 36 seconds ..... still no pipes :( .... sigh ... I know its going to be great when i get it (**trying to stay positive**) :D What sucks is that this wed i leave town for 3 months ....GRRR .... butt...ooooo ill have a nice suprize when i get home !!

With the 3" O2 elim/catback, I get boost creep from 5.5K to redline. Nothing the car can't handle (20 psi) Oh, and I have the upgraded flapper on the 16G.

If you are worried about it and aren't planning on making big HP, go with the 2.5"

does the standard awd turboback have an extended downpipe (no cat)? when i go to their site, there is no pic for the awd standard turboback. ryan is pretty busy, so i cant get ahold of him.

It comes in 3 sections that connect with slip-fittings. Downpipe, mid-section (test pipe), and cat-back.

I lied about the boost creep. I was fighting the MBC because I had it hooked up incorrectly with the BOV. It now sits rock steady as low as 10 PSI all the way to redline... and the same with 18 PSI.

So you can get the turboback with the testpipe and later put a cat on without cutting anything?

Make sure when you order that RnR knows what you want to do; by default, I believe the non-cat turboback has a non-flanged middle straight pipe, which won't really be conducive to adding a cat later; if you order a cat, or just order the downpipe, it's flanged appropriately (mine was, anyway).

My suggestion: just give them a call or drop them an email; they're really the ones to ask about piping configuration and what they can do for you, since they're the ones making it. ;)

Well guys, i FINALLY got the exhast on my car and got it started for the first time since i owned it. Put a 16G on, exhaust, and a 255 Fuel pump. Started off kind of rough, but then smoothed out and would actually rev rather good. then after a while the exhaust started smoking like crazy and smelled richer than hell. Thinking that the fuel pump just over ran my regulator (any ideas?). The car sounded very nice and the exhaust was so easy to install. The oil filter cleared perfectly, the only thing i noticed was the wastegate dump tube rested against my cooling fan. (dont think that is going to work). Other than that real nice exhaust Ryan. No only if i can get to drive it. LOL. laters. Oh yea and what is that ground strap for down by the first hanger on the exhaust. Is it important to hook that one up?

Eric

i ordered my downpipe may 24th...its june 30th....and i still ahvent gotten it. it sppoedly shipped on the 23rd. cant really tell you about it since i havent' gotten it yet, but from what i hear i should expect a quality product. however in my opinion this wait time is ridiculous

"i ordered my downpipe may 24th...its june 30th....and i still ahvent gotten it"

Thats pretty common as a local around here ordered his end of april and after a month he got it. But the pipe was pretty sad so he sent it back and is still waiting for his refund.

Its still hard to believe RNR continues to say it will only take 2 weeks when 90% of everyone on here has waited atleast a month. Just be honest RNR, guys will wait but the lies are what is burning you into the ground.

I am still amazed at how long this local has waited for his refund. RNR is totally not worth dealing with IMHO until they shape up. I will keep posting on your horrible transactions until this local sees his money.

Actually in the lst year that we have been in business we have gotten over 600 exhaust orders. We have had a total of 3 returned for an exchange. So it is definitely an isolated sistuation. The person you are talking about. We sent them a new downpipe. If they have not gotten it then email us.

There are many situations where we can get orders out within 2 weeks of ordering. Then there is another week for shipping. We can usually crank out the awd stuff pretty fast. The fwd stuff is now getting faster as well as we are now just having them mandrel bent instead of cutting and welding bends together. This is making it faster. If you need an update on your order just shoot us an email and we will give you an update asap.
