Your not trying to make a person look bad??? Then why are you posting pics saying that its rnr's fault for the faulty goods trust me i plenty of people by from there shop...... follow directions have do what you have to do but posting pics of your broken item is stupid and your just defaming rnr.. shit happens work together and try and solve the problem... If ryan is a bad guy then why da hell would he answer your emails and try to work things over sure shit is taking longer or whatever but dont defame a person .... anyone that has any sense would know that your talking outta your ass about something that no one else can take care of but you... your not getting ripped off just because the process is taking longer then you expected. Your talking about the welding job could have been done better you stupid idiot quit being hypicrital...... your making an ass outta yourself everytime you post.

You made your point and now your bashing!!!:shhh:

Name calling isn't justified in this instance. Please refrain from doing so when discussing a matter of this caliber. Lets try to keep it civil guys.

Ok all i am doing is showing what has happened. Am i going out of my way to try to make someone look bad? NO. Am i acting like an adult and just stating my case? YES. Are you acting like you are an ignorant person? YES. And how am i being hypocritical. I said i'm not trying to go out of my way to make someone look bad. But yes if pay my good money and receive something that has been haphazardly made and packaged, then yes i'm going to be irritated. I'm no master welder, but when something is welded don't you usually go back and try to smooth things out, especially when it's on the inside? And excuse me but i do believe RNR are to blame when they throw something in a box without reinforcement only to think that it's gonna hold up or not care when it doesn't. I have enough sense to know that it would not work. So yes, they are partially to blame on the damaged part of it. And yes he is replying to my emails, what are we supposed to congratulate him? That's his job. But what he is not doing is acting like a businessman should. I've read enough of his responses to me and other people that show me that i don't wanna do business with him and won't again. And what's the deal with all of you cronies getting on here writing just trying to make him look good. It seems as if everyone who speaks good of him live in a close proximity. Seems kinda fishy to me. And i'm not making myself look like an idiot. I have valid points and i'm only stating them. You sir, made yourself look like a dipshit. And i'm no grammar nazi but please stay calm while you are typing and do so in a manner to where i can put together atleast a few of your sentences.

Well, it looks like everything is going to work out and everyone will get what they need. So I guess this thread is over. Well at least with me it is, as these two cases are being taken care of.

Thanks for the support from some of our customers. We work with our customers if something like this happens. We have since made changes in our boxes to insure future damage won't happen. Thanks Ryan

He didn't pay his good money for a dented muffler. Maybe if the packaging wasn't ghetto rigged and was more sturdy you wouldn't have problems. And your customer relations sucks balls but that's just my opinion. And your comment "all this over a small dent in a muffler", i'm no businessman but the customer is always right and you have no right to get pissed at them and make rude comments especially when it's your fault to begin with. What really suprises me is how you guys are even in business. Now cue the circus music.

Arguing on the internet is like running in the special olympics.... even if you win your still retarded.

;)

I really like that everyone is putting down their honest opinions. I have decided to go with the RNR exhaust as soon as I can purchase one.

And as for the customer always being right: If you believe as a customer that you are infalable, how are you different from a run of the mill a&&hole. Customers can and will be wrong, and they will enjoy their ignorance. There's a fine line between being a concerned customer with a real problem and some jerkoff looking for extra attention. I haven't even bought anything from RNR, but I like them already. The fact that he is responding to us keyboard racers is enough for me to be impressed. And he's kept his cool too.

Thanks for the support.

I find it interesting that people get upset that it takes a long time for their ( get ready for this ) custom built per order exhaust system. This isn't fast food, its an exhaust that will be on your car for a loooong time, so why not wait? ;) The fact that the company never makes the claim that you'll have your exhaust 2 days after you order makes me wonder why so many people get upset over the time. I would get pissed if I ordered a hamburger and it took a month, but not an exhaust system. :thumb:

I've watched this thread for some time now, and after personally driving down to their shop this afternoon, my mind has been made up.

I had a thread about possibly getting the RNR 3" O2 Eliminator w/ external dump turbo-back on SDDSM.org so I already had a good bit of feedback from Ryan himself since he frequents that board as well. When I walked into the shop Ryan was working on a customers car, but dropped what he was doing to come out and talk to me. My only real concern for getting the exhaust, was the ability to bolt it up to a Garret (most likely GT35R 60trim) turbo. Ryan told me there would be no problem in having it flanged to mate up to whatever turbo I decide to go with. And that any cost to do this would be minor ($20) If that isn't honest and upfront I don't know what is. So for a total of $620 I'll have a "custom" 3" exhaust from my turbo back through the tip... See how much a setup like that will run you at Extreme, Buschur, etc...

And look at it this way... Ryan's probobly sold over 1000 of these exhausts by now, and the number of complaints is still in the single digits... why don't you ask the other 99.9% of the owners out there how they feel about their exhaust? When someone has a good experience with a company or product, they MIGHT tell one person. But when someone has a bad experience they'll tell 3 or more people about it, it's just the way business goes. The squeeky wheel gets the grease...

I'll be in touch with you about the exhaust and some other things Ryan.

To everyone else, don't let the bad experience by a small number of owners deter you from making your mind up for yourself.

I am going to back you up on this to.

I honestly cant believe this thread is still in action, when i made it over 9 months ago. I am going to back up what i said about this exhaust a long time ago. Quality work! I am still very pleased with ryans exahaust, i have had it for a while now and it still pures like a kitten and has NO RUST!

Thanks for the support guys. I really appreciate the comments.

Now if anyone needs a FMIC kit let me know. We are having an introductory sale. Check out the web site for prices www.rnrracing.com

I'm not even gonna get back into this whole thing. And groomz, you can say all you want but i have dealt with them and you haven't. I know what has happened to me and i would actually say that i prolly wound up having one of the more unpleasurable experiences with them. Like i said i'm not gonna go into the rest of the problems not mentioned above that i had with them. It's over and done... well almost anyway. All i have to say is good luck

My RNR exhaust was worth the wait. Took a little over a month. I got the standard turboback. The fit is perfect, it looks good and it sounds really good. A little on the loud side but thats how I like it.
