It came slip-fit, without clamps. 8(

And took seven weeks from payment to delivery. 8(

Their pricing's compelling, and the work seems pretty good (I had to 'port' the O2 dump piping with a hammer and clean out some swarf that I was concerned would lead to burn-through), but the delays and lack of communication left me a bit cold.

I have a HRC 3 in SS o2 eliminator on my car and whats this..?! it is rusting on the 02 portion!! WTF! I paid 500.00 for that crap new.. and it rusts.. SS does not rust. I am pretty pissed. Im sure they used some BS SS mix to cut cost or some crap... sorry jokers.

bring it to their attention! hahn is a respectable company (i think most here will agree), and i'm sure they'll make it right again.

Actually, 'stainless' exhausts are usually 301, which will quite happily rust at O2 housing temperatures. If you want it not to rust, you need something like 321, which is much, much more expensive.

You should have painted/coated it, though it's unlikely to rust through all that quickly anyway.

But I would guess that would be why the 02 rusted, but after the first gasket it is rust free.. I would have thought they would use the 321 on the Elim portion.. ug.. I was thinking it would eventually change bluish/gold.. its nice and clean looking that way.. That bastard is a pain to get on and off of the turbo because they use no. 8 allen key bolts.. I dont feel like pulling the turbo to Jet-coat it or whatever.. lil pita thats all.
