Rfl Leaking

So i put my hand over the rfl while my car was idling and it sucked my hand in alot so is this mean its leaking at boost too because i put some washers in it and it still sucks in my hand?

Yes, I've had nothing but trouble with the Txs RFL valves. They used to leak at idle due weak spring and under moderate boost, Ditch it.

They should rename them the rofl. I have never heard of one working correctly.

Actually it might be fine. Most BOVs will be slightly open at idle, the only way to tell for sure if it is leaking when you're under boost is to do an actual boost leak test.

I agree that most open slightly, that's the case on the 50mm Tial I have on my Evo. The RFL would leak at anything over 15psi. My idle issues would resolved once I got rid of that valve.
