reverse lights always on?

reverse lights are always on cant figure out why. if anyone can help that would be great.
 
If your facing your engine it is screwed into the transmission up top right under your air cleaner assy. Unplug the connector and the lights should go off. Take the switch out and check the ball and see if it is bad. Best way to verify it of course is to use a ohm meter or have someone look out back when you plug the connector back into the switch with it out of the transmission. If the lights are out then push your finger on the ball to complete the contact and the lights should be back on.
